it varies from server to server and settings to settings but it's typically 30 msecs although I don't get why you asking/bothers, that's pretty much just a server side technical thing.

I remember when I played Face-it in Counter-strike GO, we always paid attention to tickrate 128. In Quake3arena it probably doesn't matter that much.
